Brenda Mosser, LMT #MSG014620

Brenda is a licensed massage therapist who graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage in 2007. She brings over 17 years of experience in Deep Tissue, Prenatal Massage, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and the Graston Technique. In addition, Brenda has 22 years of experience caring for others as a licensed practical nurse. Her hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to live music, and creating wire sculptures.

I find massage therapy to be a relaxing and rewarding passion, driven by my love of holistic healing and my desire to help others.

Working primarily with the superficial muscles, Swedish Massage is designed to soothe the nervous system and improve circulation. These long, soft, kneading strokes decrease muscle tension and increase blood flow throughout the body

Myofascial trigger points are an extremely common cause of pain. Trigger Point Therapy is a technique that releases palpable knots as well as tight muscle bands, reducing pain and increasing mobility.
